• HelpDesk for Residents to request Technical Support! •
The HelpDesk can communicate with Residents via these methods:
• Directly to our HelpDesk Website at: support.digitalmarin.org
• Email (Digital@MarinCounty.gov)
• Telephone or Text (628-500-7284)
For Tech Support via Text Messaging (SMS), please let us know.
We will collect phone numbers from our Residents at the point of a HelpDesk Support Ticket creation.
By Texting us, you are Consenting (Opting In) to receive Text Messages, from the HelpDesk.
“By providing your phone number, you are agreeing to receive Text Messages from the Digital Marin Support HelpDesk. Please note that Message and data rates may apply, and the frequency of Messages can vary.”
We also provide an easy method for Residents to Opt Out of Text Messages at any time.
Please simply text “STOP” to us. Then we will communicate with you via a Phone Call or Email.
By default, we will Call or Email you for Tech Support!
