Please understand there are alternatives to Microsoft Office applications that are Free!

-       Google Workspace Apps include comparable ways very similar to many of the Microsoft options,           such as Google Docs or Sheets which work just like Microsoft Word or Excel, respectively. All                 that is required is a Google Gmail email account.

 -       On iPads, Apple’s Pages and Numbers Apps are also just like Microsoft Word or Excel,                            respectively. These are free as well and nothing is required to use them.

• Did you know with either the Google Workspace or Apple productivity Apps, you can save your files in Microsoft file format, so they can be used later. For example, a Google Docs or Apple Pages document can be saved in a Microsoft Word file format. Then Microsoft Word can open these files easily.
