• First, please try the Troubleshooting Tips, as below on the Purple Sheet.
• If this doesn't work, Call the Comcast Bulk Services Support Line:
1-855-307-4896
• It is a Phone Tree with an Artificial Intelligence Agent, listen carefully to get to a live Technical Support Person.
• Hang up if it isn't working for you.
• Try a Second time, answer the Questions differently if you can. If you are able to get to a live Technical Support Person, tell them you are a Comcast Bulk Services Internet Customer.
• If the Comcast Bulk Services Support Line is not working for you, then Call (please leave a Message, after the English/Spanish prompts), or Text us at the CCP @ MHA HelpDesk Phone Number: 1-628-500-7284.
• Or go on the Web to our HelpDesk Website: https://marincountysupport.zendesk.com/, please click the Submit a Request button, or the I Need Help With button. Fill in the information in the Ticket fields (Name, Unit #, Email, Phone #, etc.). Be sure to hit the Submit button when done.
